Some questions to ask yourself:

• Have you been able to take leave bc of New Jersey’s paid leave programs? Tell us how it helped you afford to take time off!

• OR maybe you were unable to take leave —> for any reason you can explain more in your submission.

• Is your job not protected or does fear of job loss make it impossible for you (or your spouse) to take leave?

• Are you not eligible to take paid family leave in NJ because you do not meet the minimum gross earnings in the base year period (maybe you were on unemployment bc of the crisis)?

• Do you have to stay home to care for children who have remote schooling or childcare is unavailable? What impact has that had on your work?

• Have you had to quarantine without pay because you not have enough paid sick days?

• OR are you receiving some financial support or paid leave, but it is not enough to get by on?

• Or are you cut out of any COVID relief?
